Dr. Kyle Tuttle
Dr. Kyle Tuttle approaches orthodontics with the belief that great outcomes come from both precision and personal connection. He treats every patient like family, taking the time to understand their goals and explain the “why” behind every step. His care doesn’t stop at straight teeth—he focuses on overall facial balance, airway health, and soft tissue esthetics. He uses the Pitts 21 bracket system and is trained in many non-surgical treatment approaches that are hard to come by in a rural area. Whether you’re starting treatment at age 7 or 47, Dr. Tuttle is committed to creating smiles that are built to last.
Dr. Tuttle earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Utah State University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from A.T. Still University in Arizona. He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also earned a master’s degree in Oral Biology. His advanced training included mentorship from world-renowned orthodontists, including Dr. Tom Pitts. He is a proud member of the AAO, ADA, UDA, and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
Originally from Fillmore, Utah, Dr. Tuttle is proud to raise his family in the community that shaped him. He and his wife, Cherish, have three wonderful kids—Kent, Maye, and Allie. He’s fluent in Brazilian Portuguese after serving a two-year mission in São Paulo. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him at local school events, coaching youth sports, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with his family.
